HEMS - Optimal Scheduling

Its a simple use case implementation for Optimal Scheduling of HEMS (Home Energy Management System) Smart Appliances using Python programming (MINLP Solvers) for one day data (input every 15 mins loads) only. Following are the development tasks -
Work -
a) 5 Sellers and 5 Buyers with different loads --> smart appliances (like HVAC, Washing Maching, Vaccuum Cleaner, Electric Water Heater, etc.) & Distributed energy resources like PV, Battery, EV, Wind Turbine (only for sellers).
b) Timestamp must be in 15 mins for all loads.
Here,
All Appliances loads including HVAC and EWH – Time stamp is in every 15 mins. But After this during calculations it will aggregate to 1 hour as total supply and demand (SDR) load will be calculated hourly basis only.
Also, Final Timestamp is every hour (00:00 till 23:00) for all calculation purposes like SDR, Market Prices (seller and buyer both).
c) EV will NOT be available from morning 7am till 4pm.
d) Iterations of scheduling will be done based on Demand Response program which is based on price value i.e. difference of buyer's previous price and current price (difference non negative value) with condition (or constant value condition)
e) Calculation Parts - SDR (Total Supply and Total Demand Ratio), Market Price Calculations for buyers and sellers
e) Scheduling will be done through MINLP (like, Couenne / GLPK,etc. - choose best one whichever you want).

Please note - All the equations will be provided by me (like HVAC, EV, Electric Water Heater, loads, etc.) through one reference paper. The program should run in "Visual Studio Code" tool. I will share the Paper for reference.
