Graphing using MatPlotLib & Python

Job ID: 32310758

Budget: $30 – $250 NZD

I have soil moisture and weather data and need to understand how much variation there is between different soil moisture sensors and the response from soil moisture to things such as rainfall and solar radiation. The graphing is for a thesis paper and must be done professionally with accurate scaling, titles and labels as well as legends.

The graphs will be updated with more data later so the python script(s) must be able to run when additional data is added.

The graphs required are:

1) All soil moisture sensors plotted together on one graph (note this graph should include a function for if when a variable on the legend is clicked it can be hidden/shown on the graph) (one graph for M1 variable and one graph for M2 variable and one graph including both variables)

2) A graph showing the variation between the 4 soil sensors which have the biggest differences in their data (eg. highest vs two lowest & lowest vs two highest)

3) All Soil sensors with rainfall data are shown below on a separate graph (daily avg)

3) All Soil sensors with Solar radiation data are shown below on a separate graph (daily avg)

4) T1 Plotted for all sensors
5) T2 Plotted for all sensors
6) T3 Plotted for all sensors
7) T4 Plotted for all sensors
