Google Trends

We are looking for someone to develop a simple Google Trends app. This will be used for a new site. The app should be able to find rising trends that have less that 10, 20,30 or 50 news articles published about them.

A fairly simple user interface will be appreciated. Ideally an app that can be web/cloud hosted.
