Google Data Studio & BigQuery Expert

Hello,
We have a number of Google Data Studio dashboards that are pulling data from various systems into a BigQuery account. Two systems we pull data from are CallTrackingMetrics (phone call information) and Salesforce (CRM).
We then pull this data from those systems into BigQuery. And then we pull the data from BigQuery into Google Data Studio.
I need two things done:
1) Login information updated for Salesforce in the BigQuery data pull.
2) Document the server and add any maintenance that is needed.
We then have another BigQuery project to complete, where we want to pull in GA4 and Google Search Console data to a BigQuery database, and then push the data to a Google Data Studio dashboard.
