Google Compute Engine Configuration

We are seeking a qualified vendor to assist in setting up and configuring a Google Cloud Compute Engine instance template. This instance is intended to be a base configuration for development purposes, including pre-installed and pre-configured development environment with Python, PHP, Lanchain, Pinecone, and additional necessary libraries. The template will be replicated or duplicated for each new client project. As such, the vendor must provide a comprehensive guide on how to replicate and deploy this template.

2. Scope of Work:

The chosen vendor will be expected to provide the following services:

1. Set up a Google Cloud Compute Engine instance with necessary configurations, ensuring it meets the performance and cost-effectiveness requirements.

2. Install Python, PHP, Lanchain, Pinecone, and any other necessary libraries and dependencies.

3. Configure the above installations as per the requirements of our development environment.

4. Create an image of this configured instance to be used as a template for future projects.

5. Document a comprehensive and user-friendly guide on how to replicate this image for new client projects, how to launch and start development on the replicated instance, and how to deploy the instance.

- Experience with Google Compute Engine
- Proficiency in Linux operating system
- Knowledge of server setup and configuration
