Golf reservation app needed

I need an app to make reservations for me. I am a golfer and not a programmer. I am not into learning python and am shying away from something like Botchief as I would have to learn it as well and am not convinced that it can accomplish what I want. I have spoken to a couple friends who are programmers who say my project is relatively straightforward but neither is willing to do it. One young person suggested that I cannot afford her.

The golf reservation system opens each day at midnight (when I am asleep) for dates two weeks in advance. The app should be able to autonomously log in just after midnight, choose a date, pick a course (possibly specified ahead of time) and reserve a time within a preferred window. I should be able to interact with the program to change the preferred course or times. The interface is graphical and the app would have to pick a specific box, click on it and click on two other confirmation boxes to complete the reservation

So give me a quote. I have no idea what this could cost. Hundreds of dollars?
