Glass Pane Bending

I am looking for some help to solve a simple Mechanics problem for which hand calculations should be sufficient. No Finite Element Analysis needed. After the hand calculations, i would like to receive a MATLAB / MS-EXCEL / PYTHON based tool to help my Design Engineers use it with ease.
