Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines for Flask & React Native Libraries

I'm seeking an experienced professional to set up two CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab for my Flask and React Native libraries.

Flask Library Pipeline:
- The pipeline will be for uploading a library based on Flask to the registry.
- This library should be structured as a starter kit for future Flask projects.
- Integration of Python for Flask into this pipeline is required.

React Native Library Pipeline:
- The second pipeline will handle a component library based on React Native (Expo).
- This component library should also be designed as a starter for subsequent React (Expo)projects.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience with Gitlab CI/CD.
- Deep understanding of Python and Flask.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and React Native.
- Skills in structuring libraries for easy future use.
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for libraries.
