Gitlab Expert for set up Android SDK into own repo code server

I'm going to set up my own repo code into Gitlab.
I have the initial compressed package of SDK source code, and I can syn the source code throught the following command by this local package.
$ cat Rockchip_Android11.0_SDK_Release.tar.gz* | tar -zx -C Rockcip_Android11.0_SDK
$ cd Rockcip_Android11.0_SDK
$ repo sync -j16 --local-only
My final goal is to pull the SDK from Gitlab such as.
$ repo init -u ssh://git@10.10.10.206/Android_R/manifests_xxx.git -m Android11.xml
$ repo sync -j16
Unfortunately, I can't share SDK source code, so you should guide me step by step. If you are confidence with this, please let me know.
