GitHub User Profile Scrapper

I want to build a scrapper. It'll have an input field, where users can fill a URL of any Github user.
Then the scrapper should analyze the user's commit graph and return the number of commits for each date.
When you hover your mouse on each cell of the graph, you'll be able to see the number of commits as a tooltip. You can get it programmatically inspecting DOM elements. You can use Node.js or Python.
