Gentic Algorithm Implementation

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to implement Genetic Algorithm for a multi-objective optimization problem in PYTHON. The goal is to find the optimal solution of the given population of individual solutions based on two objectives. The freelancer should have expertise in multi-objective optimization and familiarity with Genetic algorithm. Further data will be provided like initial population, fitness function and mutation rate.
