Generative ART/graphics using code

I am looking for someone who can do computer generated ART that gives animated image as output.

1). You have to reverse-engineer/edit this js sketch or make something similar from scratch-

(All the code is there on that url. it's in js/processing you can do in python etc., transfer the code or in any other framework/environment)

2). Find a way to vary the input "color palettes"/shapes/octaves/"any required input variable" to Generate infinite-possible variations of the resulting animation/output.

So, as input, we give it a range of "color palettes" and other variables and it picks up the variables randomly and renders the final product.

This will be part of the bigger NFT project, that I need done. So, if you can do this project, we'll be ready to do the bigger project on this.
