Generating a synthetic dataset using R/ Python to do analysis and visualisation on spatiotemporal data

Hi, I'm looking for someone with an expertise in most preferably R (although the project can also be done Python) for data analysis. The dataset is to be generated by self according to the requirements [ (240,6) size ]. Then we need to do further analysis, select parameter using MSE, etc. Further details can be discussed over chat.
