Generating Twitter Data from specific Hashtags

I am looking for a freelancer to help me generate Twitter data for multiple hashtags. I need a one-time data extraction of both tweet content and engagement metrics such as likes, retweets, and replies. The ideal candidate should have experience in data extraction and be familiar with Twitter API. Additionally, knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Python would be a plus.
