Generate PDFs from Python using APIs

We are using APIs from a couple websites and will need to have a script that we feed information and that will reach out to the APIs for the data then plot that data onto a PDF with our company branding. Currently we were looking at anvil.works to do this but open to ideas. Each report needs to give a separate pdf ie: if we put in 10 websites into the script, it will need to create 10 pdf files.
