Game Card Data Integration & Python Developer for Brazillian Lottery

I am looking for a developer with strong skills in React and JavaScript, as the img.ly platform utilizes this library and language, and Python to develop the script system for reading lottery pools (lotteries) and a good level of English to understand the documentation of the IMG.LY platform.
The project involves integrating the Connectalot API (https://conectalot.com.br/api/documentation) with the img.ly platform (https://img.ly/showcases/cesdk/batch-image-generation/web). The goal is to generate a batch of images from a set of data, specifically with data from the draws and pools that should be obtained through the reading script in Python using the webcam. I need the img.ly system to fetch data from the Connectalot API, which is updated daily, and automatically replace the data in an existing design template (a canvas).
Additionally, I require a Python script with webcam access to read the content of betting slips (lottery tickets), which includes numbers indicating the amount of tens, games, value, draw, contest, shares, etc. This script must be able to capture these numbers and add them to the design as text, as well as place the image of the pool in the design, and identify two sequences of codes that are used for withdrawals and blur them completely or partially. Whenever a different betting slip is presented to the camera, the webcam should identify the name of the draw and the contest number to determine which design template to automatically replace the image and the data of the betting slip.
