GUI application which constantly scans for traffic and analyses traffic to see if the packets being received are legit and not harmful to the user

A GUI application which will be built using Python, it will constantly scans for traffic within a network which is connected by a phone and it will analyse traffic to see if the packets being received from the network are legit and not harmful to the user. It works like a firewall but it will be a mobile application.
