GUANO metadata project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a program to summarise and edit GUANO (“Grand Unified Acoustic Notation Ontology”), metadata embedded in numerous .wav sound files (currently over 12.5 million files) as part of a plan to establish a national microbat call data base. This process designed to proof sound files submitted by individuals via the WWW.
I have NO CODE to start with and have just started with PYTHON. Would like to use PYTHON and perhaps PyCharm. I have sample Python code for accessing GUANO metadata but need assistance with everything else.
Project likely to be ongoing given the need to review GUANO metadata from other types of sound files.
