GPS-to-KML Bulk Conversion Tool

I’m in need of a skilled programmer to aid in the development of a simple software solution. The application is to be designed to process bulk GPS coordinates, skipping any invalid coordinates, and convert them into KML files. While I haven't specified a preferred programming language, it’s crucial that you present with proficiency in either Python, Java, or C#. Key qualifications for this role include:
