GPS-Based Running Game - PWA

I will get straight to what I need.
I have a fun game developed in python to work in Telegram (bot). It uses geo-location to track players in a team-sport running game. (www.partyrun.net)
The game is still in Pilot, and players use google-maps to navigate. However, I have noticed that google-map is not consistent on all devices.
This is why I require a Progressive Web App that integrates it more uniformly.
Deadline: 3 Months
Resources: Spec Sheet + Figma + Old Sources Files in Python (If you know some python)
