GNN Edge Classifier Development with UNSW-NB15 Dataset

I'm looking for a coder with expertise in Python and, ideally, has previous experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNN). The goal is to create a classifier that can distinguish between two classes - 0 and 1 - based on edge weights.
Key Task Components:
1. Use of Python programming language for GNN classifier implementation.
2. Incorporate UNSW-NB15 Dataset to structure the graph with nodes and edges.
3. The classifier should focus specifically on the features of edges for classification.
4. Deliverable will be a GNN implementation that will classify edges of the graph using edge features
This project requires knowledge of Python, GNN, and familiarity with the UNSW-NB15 Dataset. Your ability to conceptualize, develop and deliver a working GNN classifier, focusing on edge weights, is essential. Previous experience with edge classification is a plus.
