GIS developer. Development Potree (1.8). New modules

We are looking for a specialist to develop the Potree 1.8 point cloud view and 360 photo module.
We need to create modules that allow to vectorize objects from the point cloud and write them into the PostGis database.
The document (Potree development.docx) describes the changes we are interested in. What must be new. At the end of the document is a table with a list of changes and priorities.
