GIS-based Application

Develop a web GIS applicationm with the following features:
- Database with shapefiles (kml)
- Web application to retrieve shapefiles and display on a map, plus enter additional information including upload of documents
- Integration with remote sensing database (sattelite imagery, LiDAR data)
- Preferrably also knowledge about forestry and agriculture, particularly NDVI/LULC algorithms
