GIS Development and writer with Concept Explanation

I'm looking for an experienced GIS developer who is proficient in Python programming, qgis, Mapbox, rasterio, postGIS and other integration. Your primary role will be to explain GIS concepts relevant to my project; specifically, spatial analysis, cartography, and remote sensing.
