GIS Developer with ArcGIS, ESRI, QGIS & Python Expertise

I am looking for an experienced GIS Developer to support our geospatial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ArcGIS, ESRI tools, QGIS, and Python programming for GIS automation and data processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS, ESRI tools, and QGIS
Automate GIS workflows using Python (ArcPy, GeoPandas, Fiona, Shapely, Rasterio, etc.)
Perform geospatial analysis, data visualization, and mapping
Integrate GIS data with external databases and APIs
Optimize spatial data processing and manage large datasets
Develop web-based GIS applications (optional but preferred)

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working with ArcGIS, ArcPy, QGIS, and other ESRI tools
Strong proficiency in Python for GIS-related automation and scripting
Experience with geospatial libraries like GDAL, Shapely, and GeoPandas
Hands-on experience in spatial database management (PostGIS, SQLite, etc.)
Familiarity with REST APIs, Web GIS, or cloud-based GIS platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GIS automation and scripting
Knowledge of machine learning for spatial data analysis (bonus)
Previous experience in energy, utilities, or environmental GIS applications
