GEDCOM Utility

As a genealogy enthusiast, I am looking for a freelancer to create a GEDCOM utility with some specific functionality. It should include both the ability to import/export GEDCOM files, analyze GEDCOM data and generate reports from GEDCOM data. I already have existing GEDCOM files I need integrated into the utility, but I am looking for someone with beginner level experience in genealogy software development to complete the job. Ideally, the freelancer should be able to integrate both scripts into a single program.
