GCP integration with BACNET

Need to create a nodejs or python script to produce 60 virtual unique Bacnet devices that will run on a single local server connected to BMS over Bacnet IP, and to GCP over Internet. Each Virtual Bacnet device will be a Mirror of device data in Firebase GCP. Each unique virtual bacnet will have 15 Object Access Services (15 read only and 1 read and write) and 3 Alarm and Event Services.
