GCP HTML Viewer App with Google OAuth

I'm seeking a developer to create a one-page web app that runs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Cloud Run. The app should authenticate users via Google Sign-In (OAuth) and dynamically display HTML content based on user permissions.

Here are the specific requirements:

- **Authentication**: Use Google OAuth for login only.
- **Page Layout**:
- Header at the top
- Footer at the bottom
- Main content area to display HTML

- **Main Functionality**:
- The page will show provided HTML code (from a BigQuery table) as a webpage within a webpage.
- HTML is only displayed if the user is authenticated and their name is in an allowed users list.
- Share button to add names to the allowed users list in the database.

- **Database Interaction**:
- Pass document ID to BigQuery
- Return HTML string and list of allowed users
