GCP & GAE Expert for Deployment & Development

I am seeking a skilled expert in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google App Engine (GAE). The project consists of deploying and scaling an application, as well as developing and testing it.
Key job requirements:
- Experience in deployment and scaling on GCP and GAE
- Proficiency in application development and testing on GCP and GAE
- Python language skills are a must for the task
