Functional Data Analysis and Federated Learning on Localization Dataset

We are focusing on specific application of Federated Learning. We want to implement and merge Functional Data Analysis and Federated Learning on Localization Dataset.
The goal is to use functional data analysis and Federated Learning on a localization dataset. For Functional Data Analysis, we wan to use scikit-fda library. Use it for federated localization instead of linear regression.
