Function, Modification and fixes

Hi I have a system that is written in python Django and it is backend for the admin and we have telegram and WhatsApp for the frontend (user).

*I need to make telegram not to go offline and I need it to be awake.
*I need also one function.
*One scraper
and one very small modification to be added
