Fully Custom Algorithmic Stock Trading

I'm looking for a professional who can create a fully custom algorithm for algorithmic stock trading. This algorithm will be used to buy and sell stocks automatically on my behalf.
Key Requirements:
- Design and implement a fully custom algorithm for stock trading
- Experience in algorithmic trading is a must
- Strong programming skills, particularly in languages often used for trading algorithms such as Python or R
- Ability to create an algorithm tailored specifically to my trading preferences and risk tolerance
Please note, the scope of this project does not at this time include support for specific stock markets. However, a broad understanding of major stock exchanges will be beneficial.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in creating custom trading algorithms
- A portfolio demonstrating successful algorithmic trading
- Excellent communication skills to ensure my trading strategy and risk tolerance are understood and incorporated into the algorithm.
