Full time freelance software developer wanted for long term work relationship

Do you wish to become a part of a team of 4 full time developers, speaking English and Ukranian?
If so, you will be responsible for creating a new key part of our internal software system. We need you to create and maintain an import system that reads huge spreadsheets from a courier. We use the extracted data to lookup via API in different supplier systems to find errors. Based on those errors, we create invoices also in the new system.
There is a lot of work and we estimate it will take from 8-12 months to create step 1 being basic data handling. We are only looking for a freelancer that will work with us full time, fluent English is a must, and traveling to our office in Poland is also a must a few times a year so preferably a freelancer who lives close to an airport.

We are using a time tracking system, and it is a requirement, that this system is used to track working hours.
