Full stack SaaS for automating a manual process

Hello, I want to develop a tool for finding personal emails with more accuracy than the market's.
We'll be using a third party's API for verifying email combinations
We'll have to automate some manual processes

The SaaS should have:
- Login/Signup
- Admin dashboard for controlling user accounts, payments, credits, pricing plans, free trials... etc.
- Payment method integrated (STRIPE)
- All data should work with an online data base
- Connected to an Ubuntu VPS server

This SaaS is a small tool with just 2 features that can be done manually. It's not super hard, but it requires a bit of research.

You are a good candidate if you:
- Have experience building the back and front end of SaaS tools from scratch (Python/Django/ReactJS)
- Have a positive attitude and are a problem solver. We are not going to ask you for impossible things. Everything we need can be easily done manually and at scale, but we need you to help us think how to structure the process.


The project will be structured this way:
First payment: Script for finding personal email addresses with the API, plus the 2 extra things we manually do.
Second payment: Once the code works correctly, we'll start developing the frontend
Third payment: Fix bugs and post-sale support

I'll send an explanatory document to the selected candidates.
