-Automate SQL query.
-Get image url from quickblox for chat (image fetch)
-assign chats from one operator to another (chat forwarding), chat app is live

DETAILS:
-AUTOMATED SQL QUERY : means each time when we have to add new function, to change something in the app ,to update the code , or to add something in the app , after that we must run a command ,for the new update to start working... We must make it automatic
.that after automating SQL query ,we will not need to run command again.
Brief: All SQL queries must be automated , to save us to run command each time that we edit or add something
2/ we use QuickBlox for chat, on android app user can see sent images and received images but on the admin panel panel it doesn't show images but texts messageing working well (workers/moderators can see only empty attachment)
