Full Time ERPNext Developer
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Job Overview:
As an ERPNext Developer, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, developing, and maintaining ERPNext software solutions for SLK Group. You will be translating our business processes and requirements into effective ERPNext Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customization and Enhancement: Customize and Enhance ERPNext solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization. This includes and is not limited to creating custom applications, modules, workflow reports, and scripts.
Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Data Management: Manage and maintain data within the ERPNext system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors within the ERPNext system. Provide technical and functional support to all the end users as needed.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and end users to gather requirements and ensure successful ERPNext implementations.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of ERPNext customizations and developments to ensure they meet quality standards and do not disrupt existing functionality.
Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within the ERPNext system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
· Proven experience as an ERPNext developer or a similar role.
· Proficiency in ERPNext development, including customization, scripting, and integration.
· Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node JS, Jinja.
· Experience with Frappe frameworks, Nginx, Redis, and other relevant tools.
· Knowledge of database management systems, preferably MySQL, Database management, performance tuning, writing complex queries, creating a view and user-defined function.
· Familiarity with software development best practices and version control systems like Git.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Relevant certifications in ERPNext development or related fields are a plus.
