Full Stack app (Frontend: Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX, Backend: Python Flask, Jinja2)

Our development team has too much to do, so we're looking for additional help adding new pages to an existing web application.
Task is to create a new Python/Bootstrap/JQuery web app for the management and configuration of a set of configuration files for one of the company’s CLI apps. The web app will be self-hosted by our customers, and not publicly accessible.
The basic development/deployment environment is set up as a docker container, and we have the web server working. Source control via git. No content/code for the new pages have been written. Wireframes for the required pages will be provided, but the developer will have some freedom and be expected to take the initiative/responsibility for UI design of elements where appropriate. Specifications for each component are available.
Back-end is using a uWSGI Python server with Flask for the API, and Jinja 2 for HTML templating.
Front-end is using Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
Main skills required:
- Bootstrap - creating a global toolbar, forms, lists, tables, tabbed UIs, dropdown elements
- JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX - POST form data to the Flask Python API, DOM manipulation to update lists/tables on the page based on responses.
- Python Flask web framework experience
- CSS - styling new and existing UI to broadly consistent with elements embedded in iframes (source code available)
- Jinja2 for HTML templating. If you lack Jinja2 experience then at least Django experience is needed.
Secondary skills (good-to-haves):
- Understanding of POSIX user/group dir/file permissions
- NGINX web server configuration, logging and debugging
- Working with Python client libraries for object storage systems
- Docker container configuration (Dockerfiles) and initialization
