As a startup founder, I am developing a cutting-edge platform that leverages AI to create personalized learning experiences. The project, named EduAI, aims to revolutionize the educational tech space by using machine learning algorithms to tailor content and learning strategies to individual student needs. We are in search of a dedicated AI Engineer to take the lead in developing and training AI models that will analyze learning patterns, predict student performance, and customize learning pathways.
Responsibilities:
Develop and train machine learning models focusing on predictive analytics and natural language processing to understand and enhance user engagement.
Utilize deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to implement models that adjust educational content based on user interactions and feedback.
Manage data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation to optimize the performance of AI models.
Continuously test, refine, and deploy models to ensure they meet the dynamic needs of personalized learning environments.
Document and maintain a clear record of model development processes, architecture decisions, and performance metrics.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Python and its libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) for machine learning.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Understanding of NLP techniques for content analysis and recommendation systems.
Strong background in data manipulation and analysis with SQL or similar databases.
Familiarity with deploying models using cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and drive projects from conception to completion.
Project Duration:
We are looking for a long-term commitment, ideally someone who can engage with the project for at least a month as we build and scale our solution.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in Full Stack Development with focus on Django, Python, AI, NodeJS and ReactJS. Recommend previous experience in similar projects. Looking forward for an expert to turn this vision into a reality.
