Full Stack Engineer for Analytics Platform
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We are a group of three professionals from different backgrounds (Full Stack Engineer, Data Engineer, and Data Analyst/Product Owner) working on a real-time analytics platform.
Our tech stack mainly consists of Vue, vanilla JS, Tailwind, or Vite on the frontend; Java, Spring Boot, Python, Gradle, Bitbucket, and CI/CD on the backend; and Java, Docker, Python, Kafka, Flink, QuestDB, and MySQL for data. We value experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud knowledge.
Our Full Stack Engineer is overloaded with work and needs support. We are looking to add an **experienced, skilled, and committed Full Stack Engineer** to the team—not as a replacement, but as a complement—working **40 hours per week** depending on availability and rate. We need someone who proposes, documents, and debates the best possible solutions in our shared communication channel. We **don’t need someone who just follows tasks**; we expect you to be proactive, take ownership, and create your own tasks in Jira to track your work.
I don’t mind if you work at night, on weekends, or during holidays. I don’t care if you work from a bar, the beach, or another country. What I **do** require is responsibility: regular communication and steady progress on tasks according to the agreed hours. The other Full Stack Engineer will guide you whenever needed.
We’re all human, with personal lives and unexpected issues—power or internet outages, water problems, getting sick, or simply needing a break. That’s okay! We’ll adjust workloads and slow down temporarily when needed. :)
I’m offering a **long-term collaboration** agreement and **company shares** once the company is officially established, after reaching our Minimum Viable Product and launching into production.
