Full Stack Developer for Uber-like Project

I am looking for a Full Stack Developer to build a functioning prototype of an Uber-like project.
Main Technology Stack:
- JavaScript (Node.js, React, etc.)
- Python (Django, Flask, etc.)
- Ruby on Rails
But no preference
Specific Features/Functionalities:
- The client has a clear vision for the project and specific features and functionalities in mind.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the technology stacks
- Experience with building scalable and reliable applications
- Knowledge of database design and management
- Familiarity with API integration and third-party services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
