Full Stack Developer for Mobile App

I am looking for a Full Stack Developer who is proficient in JavaScript, Python, Azure, Flutter, Docker, React, Git, and RestAPI. The primary goal of the project is to develop a mobile app. The target audience for the mobile app is mothers.
