We have developed a web application which mainly reads data via a form and converts into pdf and emails to given email id.
The front-end is developed using HTML/Java Script/
Backend: Python
Database: SQLite3
Hosted on cPanel

Now, we want to extend this application by adding few more forms which needs to be converted to pdfs with infographics.
Also need a front-end interface to upload videos and play them later.
It should display a form with few input fields. Then after the user input save them in the database table. Later retrieve them and convert to a pdf and email them
Tech stack could be Python or React JS
