Responsibilities:
Design and implement a robust backend using Django or FastAPI in alignment with project requirements.
Integrate UI/UX designs following atomic design principles for seamless user experiences.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML and quantitative teams to connect various platform components.
Core Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain features to display:
A list of trading strategies.
Historical performance data.
Backtesting reports.
Implement and manage WebSocket connections for real-time data streaming and updates.
Technical Skillset:
Backend Development: Proficient in Django or FastAPI, with a solid understanding of building RESTful APIs and asynchronous frameworks.
Frontend Development: Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
WebSocket Management: Hands-on experience with real-time data streaming and handling WebSocket connections.
Database Management: Expertise in working with TimescaleDB, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
DevOps & Deployment: Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, and deployment on Linode, AWS, or similar platforms.
Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and working with Monorepos or Monorepo architecture.
Micro Frontends: Experience in implementing and managing micro frontend architectures.
Security: Understanding of authentication frameworks (e.g., JWT, OAuth) and best practices for secure API development.
Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize backend processes and frontend rendering for high performance.
Testing: Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., pytest, Jest, Cypress) for unit and integration testing.
Functional Requirements:
Build and maintain RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.
Facilitate smooth integration between frontend and backend.
Enable real-time data streaming for live updates and notifications.
Develop tools for analyzing and displaying historical performance and backtesting results.
Non-Functional Requirements:
Ensure high performance and responsiveness across all modules.
