Full-Featured Web-Based POS Development

I'm in need of a skilled development team or individual to create a comprehensive, web-based Point of Sale (POS) system. The system should accurately replicate the full suite of features, user interface design, user experience flow, and database structure of the RENE POS system.

Key Requirements:
- Modules: The POS should include modules for product management, customer management, sales transactions, receipt generation, inventory tracking, multi-user access control, discount and tax handling, reporting, and other operational functionalities.
- Front-end: Development should be done using React.js.
- Back-end: This should be built on Python Django.
- Communication: A RESTful API must be utilized for seamless interaction between the front-end and back-end.
- UI/UX: The user interface should closely mirror the design of the reference system for consistency and ease of use.
- Database: The database schema must align with the reference system to ensure identical data handling and business logic behaviour.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing full-featured POS systems
- Proficiency in React.js and Python Django
- Extensive knowledge of RESTful API development
- Experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly UIs
