Front end web developer needed for Theme customization in a Django App

Dear all, In my app I have total 5-6 pages. These pages are designed to serve the purpose they need to be modernized and made user and mobile-friendly. Only the structure of the pages is there but it's very crude and doesn't look good at all. It needs to be changed and restructured. Other than that a lot of being done via JS so it has to be considered as well. You need javascript, HTML, CSS, and a bit of python expertise to complete the task.
