From imagine/pdf to csv/excel using PYTHON

I am looking for a Python developer to help me convert image files (in pdf) to CSV using the Pandas or any other library in python. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with image processing and data manipulation using Python.
Requirements:

- align columns with numbers and text
- Ensure accurate and reliable data extraction from the images
- Handle different image formats and sizes
- Optimize the code for efficiency and speed
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Python and familiar with the Pandas library

- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex data structures
Because the data will be used for academic purposes I would need the PYTHON code that does the work for the replicability issue.
