From historical pdf to excel

I am looking for someone to convert a historical PDF file into an Excel file. The PDF file is in a scanned image format and contains 3 pages. I would like the data from the PDF to be organized into separate columns in the Excel/CSV file. I need that the work should be done in python and I need the code for transparency, in case of error.
