Freight Matrix Creation using NHVR Tool

I am looking for an Excel expert who can create a shortest distance freight matrix for me using Australia's NHVR route planning tool. The matrix will be based on specific truck combinations that I will provide. Initially, I will supply a list of origins and destinations, but I need the matrix to be easily expandable for future use.
