Project Description: I am seeking an expert Full-Stack Developer to build a high-performance web application for an automotive paint shop based in Saudi Arabia. The app allows users to upload car photos, get an instant AI repair estimate, and preview color changes in real-time.

Key Technical Requirements:

Infrastructure: Deployment on Google Cloud Platform via CNTXT, specifically in the Dammam (me-central2) region to ensure 100% compliance with KSA Data Residency laws.

AI Engine (Recolor): Implement a "One-Call" logic using Meta’s Segment-Anything Model (SAM) to generate a car mask. The front end must use HTML5 Canvas/WebGL for instant, client-side recoloring (Multiply/Overlay blend modes) to minimize recurring API costs.

AI Engine (Pricing): Integration with an automotive damage API (e.g., Arya.ai or Tractable) to generate preliminary cost estimates.

Backend: Supabase for Database, Auth, and Edge Functions. The salesman dashboard must integrate with Azure AD SSO.

Compliance & Environment (KSA Specific):

PDPL Compliance: The architecture must strictly follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). All personal data and vehicle images must be stored locally within the Kingdom.

Localized UI: The app must be responsive and optimized for low-latency performance within KSA.

Salesman Dashboard: A secure internal portal to review, edit, and confirm AI-generated quotes before sending the final deal to the customer via WhatsApp/SMS.

Specific Deliverables:

Production-ready Git Repo: Including Dockerfiles for Google Cloud Run (Dammam).

Infrastructure as Code: Scripts to set up Google Cloud Storage and IAM roles within the CNTXT environment.

Real-time Logic: Zero-latency client-side recolor engine.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience with Google Cloud (Dammam region) and Supabase.
