Frappe HRMS Bug Fix & Dashboard

My Frappe ERPNext HRMS Recruitment site is already live, but day-to-day use keeps surfacing a few stubborn issues that I’d like cleaned up quickly.

1. Error messages appear at unpredictable moments—mostly when recruiters submit or filter applications.
2. Some users hit server errors while others sail through the same screens, which points to a permissions or role setup conflict.
3. Those permission quirks also mean certain managers can’t see the modules they should.

Once these functional bugs are ironed out I want to add an Employee Performance dashboard that lets HR view hires, onboarding progress, appraisal status and retention ratios in one glance, drawing on the data already in the system. The native Dashboard, Chart, and Report Builder tools are fine; I just need them configured correctly and presented cleanly.

I’m looking for need-based consultation: hop in, trace the root cause, apply fixes, then walk me through what you changed so I can maintain it. Experience with Frappe, ERPNext, Python and the standard HRMS modules is essential. If you’ve built custom dashboards before, even better.
